Delivery & ShippingGeneral Shipping Conditions – How Will My Space of Kin Parcel Arrive?
We are proud to partner with QUIQUP for local deliveries and DHL for GCC shipping to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your Space of Kin products.Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) or tracking code, allowing you to track your Space of Kin parcel every step of the way.

Shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) – I’m a local
Once you have finished shopping, placed and paid for your order it will be approved and processed by one of the Space of Kin Team members who will prepare your products so they are ready to be delivered. We aim to dispatch within 1 day to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. For other Emirates, the delivery could take a bit more time depending on the area of delivery (up to 2 days).We offer free delivery in the UAE for orders over 500 AED.

International Shipping - Are you an international customer?
We currently offer shipping to the UAE and other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar). Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. For international shipping outside the GCC, please email us at hello@spaceofkin.com, and we will provide a delivery quote using our logistics partners, DHL.Space of Kin does not ship to any country, entity, or individual listed on the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ('OFAC LIST').Please note that all goods are shipped from the UAE. For orders being delivered outside the UAE, local import duties, customs charges, and taxes (such as VAT/GST) may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Space of Kin is not liable for customs duties or taxes and cannot provide specific advice on such charges.Ownership of the goods transfers to you once they are exported from the UAE. Business Hours and Holiday/Sale PeriodsPlease note that when we describe business days these do not include holidays. We will generally deal with your order within 4 hours during business hours/days and faster if we can.

Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
