‍Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift voucher by contacting us at hello@spaceofkin.com. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the validity once they expire.

‍The product I want is sold out. When will it be restocked?
We aim to restock popular items as quickly as possible, but some products may take time to return due to availability from suppliers. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter for product restocks and new arrivals.

‍Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UAE and GCC. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries soon.

How long will delivery take?
For orders in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, delivery will take up to 24 hours. Please note that during public holidays, delivery will be scheduled for the next business day. During busy periods like sale seasons, processing may take longer. For full details, check our shipping policy.

‍Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you can return items in line with our Refund and Return Policy.

‍Can I return my order and get a refund?
Yes! You can return your order for a refund as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes all related documentation. For full details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

‍I received a gift, can I exchange it?
Yes, gifts can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To request an exchange, email us at hello@spaceofkin.com, and we’ll arrange a pick-up. Once the item is inspected, we’ll issue a promo code equal to the gift's value for future use. Please note, gifts are not refundable.

‍What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery at this time.
